You are solely responsible for the security of your account credentials. Do not share your password, OTP, or any account details with other people. 2ljl will never ask for your password through any channel. If you believe your account has been compromised, contact support immediately and change your password.

4. Identity Verification (KYC)

Before your first deposit can be credited, 2ljl requires identity verification through a Know Your Customer (KYC) process. You will need to submit a valid, government-issued Philippine ID. This is a standard requirement across legitimate online gaming platforms.

You may request to close your own account at any time by contacting our support team. Any remaining verified balance will be returned to you through your registered payment method, subject to any standard verification requirements.

11. Limitation of Liability

2ljl provides the platform on an "as is" basis. While we work hard to maintain uptime and game integrity, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access and are not liable for losses arising from technical failures, network disruptions, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
